Patrik’s earlier piano lines are pulled apart by cassette and reel-to-reel processing, reassembled into something completely other. The Moog Minimoog anchors with delicate woodwind- and string-like tones, while modular synths stretch and bend the piano as if it were salt water taffy. Small flecks of original piano remain — brief reminders of where we’ve been before the world shifts entirely.
